About
I'm a technical founder who builds platforms from scratch and leads the teams that scale them. At WhaleHawk, I designed and built the entire infrastructure — from async ingestion pipelines and AI-powered intelligence generation to vector search and production deployment on AWS. I also lead the engineering team, set technical direction, and work directly with my co-founder to translate business strategy into architecture.
Before WhaleHawk, I spent years architecting enterprise platforms in insurance tech — full-stack systems with complex data flows, RBAC, automated compliance monitoring, and cloud infrastructure. I've shipped production code across Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS, and I care as much about operational discipline as I do about clean architecture.
Real-Time Intelligence & Analytics Platform
Designed, architected, and built WhaleHawk's core infrastructure from the ground up. WhaleHawk is an intelligence delivery mechanism built for healthcare sales verticals.
At its core, WhaleHawk uses large language model technology to transform unstructured data from across the web into structured, contextual intelligence. I architected a series of microservices to support this mission, enabling data to flow in regardless of source type.
At the center is the Entity Resolution System — designed to unify data from disparate sources into canonical entities, powering the most relevant contextual intelligence in the market.
Source Pipeline
Multi-source content ingestion system pulling from podcast RSS feeds and X (Twitter) with automated extraction and processing workflows.
Intelligence Layer
AI-powered processing pipeline handling content extraction, chunking, intelligence generation, embedding creation, and vector indexing.
App Server
Core application server serving versioned retrieval endpoints and multi-query vector search for consumer-facing APIs.
CRM Layer
CRM integration microservice that pulls data from HubSpot and Salesforce, translating client CRM data into context for WhaleHawk intelligence packages.
Analytics
Vendor-specific recommendation engine built from financial data, translating the data analytics team's domain logic into a scalable, automated program.
Live Scraping Engine
Custom-built technology that scrapes the internet live and at scale, feeding real-time unstructured data into the intelligence pipeline for processing.
